Adhesives

Ultra Tile Fix ProGrip FX: A fibre-reinforced, semi-rapid, flexible S1 adhesive in 20kg bags. Suitable for porcelain, natural stone, and large-format tiles on floors and walls. The S1 flexible classification makes it the appropriate choice for underfloor heating installations, external use, and any substrate with minor movement. Used by professional tilers, it performs across the range of applications where a standard adhesive would fail.

Grouts

PorTec Tile Grout: A professional-grade grout for porcelain tile installations. Available in 20kg.

Ultra Tile Fix ProGrout Flexible Wall & Floor Grout: A flexible, polymer-modified grout in 10kg bags. White finish, suitable for wall and floor tiles in both wet and dry environments. Compatible with underfloor heating.

Primer

Prime-Tec Primer for Porcelain & Natural Stone: A specialist primer for use prior to adhesive application on porcelain and natural stone tiles. Improves bond strength on challenging or low-absorption substrates. 

Required on certain surfaces where standard adhesive application alone would compromise adhesion; particularly on power-floated concrete, existing tiles, and dry-lined walls.

Sealers & Cleaners

• LTP Porcelain Tile Protector: Specifically formulated for outdoor porcelain paving. Reduces water ingress, staining, and algae growth on external porcelain surfaces. Available in 1 and 3 litre sizes.

• LTP Waterbased External Stone Sealer: For natural stone slabs and tiles in external applications. Penetrating sealer that protects without altering the natural appearance of the stone. 5 litre coverage.

• LTP Solvex Intensive Cleaner: An effective cleaner for interior and exterior tile surfaces. Cuts through grease, oil, and general contamination on porcelain, stone, and ceramic. Available in 1 and 3 litre sizes.

• LTP Grimex Intensive Cleaner: Formulated for heavy-duty cleaning where Solvex isn't sufficient. Suited to external paving with significant organic staining, algae, or deep-set grime. Available in 3 litres.

• LTP Cement Grout & Salt Residue Remover: Removes grout haze, cement smears, and efflorescence from tile surfaces post-installation. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Essential for porcelain and stone installs where grout residue isn't caught early. Available in 1 litre.

• Nexus Pro Joint Fusion Brush-In Jointing Compound: A resin-based, brush-in jointing compound for external paving joints. Available in buff, 15kg tub. Locks jointing material in place, reducing weed growth and joint washout in outdoor installations.
